Team OC3, LLC is led by founder and principal Leslie O’Connell.

Experience sets me apart. My successful career spans 25+ years as a senior corporate communications leader in Fortune 100 companies and a global communications agency. I’ve lived what executives, senior leaders, and aspiring leaders experience—satisfying successes, fuzziness of ambiguity and self-doubt, and breakthroughs that lead to growth—of self, of others, of teams, and of organizations. I’ve counseled executives. Hired hundreds of professionals. Spearheaded business strategies. Led teams as large as 45.

I’ve worked with for-profit and non-profit businesses of all shapes and sizes through times of growth, turbulence, and prosperity. I’ve worked across industries, including insurance and financial services, media and printing, hospitality, consumer products, B-to-B, higher education, technology, and more. I’ve learned how to make the most of the opportunity that change presents. The common thread of my career is enabling professionals to be true to self and discover—or rediscover—the greatness that lies inside so they can change their corner of the world for the better.
